I’m a compassionate and trauma informed therapist committed to helping adults of all ages. I utilize the powerful benefits of EMDR Intensives with clients who are ready to live without disturbing clinical symptoms. I am a certified EMDR therapist by EMDRIA, as well as an EMDR Consultant In Training, and have advanced training in Flash Technique. I am also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Levels One and Two.
